WHAT DOES A LIFE COACH DO?
Don't you just want to scream sometimes, throw you arms up in the air and say "Will someone just tell me what to do and how to get there?" That's called normal. But if you do that too many times in life, normal becomes routine. Once you're on a routine for too long, habits form. And when habits are in place, they can become barriers to goals and dreams.
A coach is a professional who engages, supports, motivates and challenges clients to achieve personal and career goals. When you sign on to become a client, you will be given a contract detailing the agreed upon number of sessions, dates, times, payment, etc.
So here's what you do. You HIRE ME AS YOUR LIFE COACH and begin dancing into your better life. You should only be feeling optimism, joy and have a sense of renewed spirit inside in anticipation of what's to come. If you don't, fake it.

THE COACH/CLIENT RELATIONSHIP
The first step in the process is the initial call or free appointment. This happens with both Life & Career Coaching in Las Vegas. This session is an information gathering conversation. The coach is trying to determine whether the potential client is a good candidate for coaching. You will answer several questions that speak to the reason you're in search of coaching. The question will also reach into other areas. If you are a fit, we'll then do some sorting to extract the main areas in most need of attention and work our way down. Other focus areas of coaching sessions may include:

- Developing & Executing Action Plans
- Creating SMART Goals
- Relationship Strengthening
- Boundary Setting
- Coping with Change

COACH/CLIENT EXPECTATIONS
All correspondence and information shared during the coaching sessions are considered confidential. But you can always mention on Social Media that we're having a session. I don't mind the publicity.
If you are not able to make it to a coaching session, please notify Mike Doria Coaching as soon as possible. If it's a last minute cancellation that was unforeseeable, no sweat! Life happens.
